OBS & Browser Source
My Browser Source shows nothing in OBS+
Make sure you added it as a Browser Source, not an Image or Media Source, and pasted the exact link from your dashboard or the in-OBS generator. Set the source to 1920x1080, then right-click it and choose Refresh cache of current page. If it is still blank, the source URL may be stale. Grab a fresh link from your dashboard.
The background is not transparent, there is a solid color behind it+
Still Art comes back as a transparent PNG. A Pro Overlay is a live link rather than a file, and is genuinely see-through in OBS. A Video Clip is full-frame video with no transparency. If you downloaded the file instead of using the live link, make sure you are using the .png, converting it to .jpg will flatten the transparency. If you are using the live link, check that no other source is stacked on top with an opaque background.
My overlay is stretched, cropped, or the wrong size+
In OBS, right-click the Browser Source and use Transform > Fit to screen, or set the source dimensions to match what you picked when generating (1920x1080 for full-frame overlays). Webcam frames and alert boxes are sized to sit at their intended spot, resizing them by hand will distort the art.
Do I need a plugin to use these overlays?+
No. Every generation comes back as either a standard transparent file or a live Browser Source URL, both work with OBS out of the box. No plugin required.
Generations & Gen-Fuel
My generation is stuck on processing+
Still Art usually finishes in under a minute. Video Clips and Pro Overlays can take a few minutes longer since they render more frames. If it has been stuck for more than 10 minutes, refresh your dashboard, if it still shows processing after that, contact us below and we will look into it and credit you back if it failed.
I am running out of credits before the month resets+
Each plan gives you a Gen-Fuel balance that resets on your billing date. Unused Gen-Fuel does not roll over. If you consistently run out, upgrading from your dashboard adds the new plan's Gen-Fuel immediately, with no waiting for the next cycle.
The result does not match what I asked for+
Try being more specific about color, mood, and style in your prompt (for example neon violet vs. muted pastel). You can also use Edit in Generator on any past result to refine it without starting over, or add a negative prompt to rule out things you do not want.
Billing & Account
How do I cancel or change my plan?+
Open your dashboard and click Manage billing to reach Stripe's self-serve billing portal. You can upgrade, downgrade, switch between monthly and annual, or cancel any time, no email required.
I cannot log in+
Sign in with whichever method you originally used, Google, Twitch, or email. If you are not sure which one, try them in order, most accounts are tied to a Google or Twitch address.
Can I use the files outside of OBS?+
Yes. Every export is a standard transparent PNG or short video file. Use it in Streamlabs, XSplit, vMix, or anywhere else that accepts a browser source or a transparent image, it is yours to keep even if you cancel later.
