Refunds

Within 14 days of any payment, a plan or a top-up, you can ask for a refund of the Gen-Fuel it added that you have not used. Used none of it? You get the whole payment back. Used some? You get back the share you did not use.

If a generation fails, its Gen-Fuel returns to your account automatically. You do not need to ask.

Every loop is checked against the picture you approved. If the check flags it, for example the camera drifted or something appeared that was not in your picture, the Studio shows a Free redo button that films it again once, at no cost.

Gen-Fuel we gave you, such as the free first loop or a founding bonus, is not refundable.

Cancel any time from Manage billing in your account. Your plan, Gen-Fuel and overlay links keep working until the end of the period you paid for.

Email support@domitoonami.com from the address on your account, or open a support ticket. Please ask us before disputing a charge with your bank; we can usually fix it the same day. The full rules are in section 8 of the Terms.
