Privacy Policy

1. What we collect
Your email address (from sign-up), basic profile info from Google or Twitch if you use those sign-in options, your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, the prompts you submit and the files generated from them, and anything you submit through the support ticket form (your message and email address).
2. How we use it
To operate your account and Gen-Fuel balance, process payments through Stripe, deliver your generated files to your OBS Browser Source, and respond to your support ticket.
3. Where it's stored
Account data, prompts, and generated files are stored in Supabase (database and file storage). Payment details are handled entirely by Stripe - we never see your full card number. Your prompt text is sent to an AI provider to produce the result: fal.ai for Still Art and Video Clips, and Anthropic for Pro Overlays, which are written as code rather than drawn as an image. Neither provider receives your account or billing information.
4. Product analytics
We log basic usage events - such as which pages are viewed and key actions like starting checkout or generating an overlay - to understand how the product is used and improve it. These events don't include your IP address, and only include your account ID for actions you take while signed in.
5. Free generations on signup
New accounts get a small number of free generations. To keep one person from claiming them over and over with new accounts, we store a one-way scrambled version of your email address, and of the network address you signed up from, in a separate record. These are hashes, not the values themselves: they can be compared against a future signup, but they cannot be turned back into your email or your address. We don't use them for anything else, and they're deleted after twelve months.
6. Sharing
We don't sell your data. It's shared only with the service providers above (Stripe, Supabase, fal.ai, Anthropic, and Google/Twitch for sign-in), only as needed to run the service.
7. Your choices
You can request that your account and associated data be deleted at any time from Account Settings in your dashboard, or by emailing us. One thing deliberately survives that deletion: the scrambled signup record described in section 5. If it were removed with the account, deleting and re-registering would be a way to claim the free generations again and again, which is the thing it exists to prevent. It contains no readable information about you and it expires on its own after twelve months.
8. Cookies
Domitoonami uses Supabase's authentication session cookie to keep you signed in. There are no third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
9. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.
